Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Colourful Soles. Please read the following information carefully. For refunds or exchanges, please adhere to the conditions of our Return Policy as stated below:

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to either exchange merchandise or return merchandise for a full refund, less any applicable restocking fees. After 30 days, all sales are deemed final.

How to exchange products and receive your refund: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please send an email to returns@colourfulsoles.com . Please note in your email the order#, date of purchase and the alternate style or size that you prefer. If there is a difference in cost, we will refund, or re-bill your credit card this difference. Once we receive your original purchased product according to the terms below, we will send your new product to you. Unlike refunds, there are no restocking fees for exchanges. Items returned to us without an exchange item purchased are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all returned products must meet conditions below.

The following are conditions for which we will or will not accept shoes for refund:

1) Worn or soiled shoes are not returnable. Items are considered soiled if they are dirty and unable to be resold. To avoid soiling your shoes, please use socks or nylons while testing for fit. Also, we recommend that you try them on a carpeted floor to minimize scuffing the sole.

2) The shoes must be returned exactly the same way they were received. This means the shoes must have all the tissue paper, and they must be in the plastic bags. It's best to save the shipping box you received them in to use for your return if necessary. Do not ship back to the manufacturer. Do not use the shoebox itself as the outside container or tape anything to the box. Failure to return shoes back in the proper new condition will result in a 20% service charge.

3) Shoes and evening bags if they have been dyed are not returnable.

4) Shoes that have been decorated are not returnable. Apply the decoration after you are positive you are going to keep them. This can be done easily with fabric glue.

5) Shipments that are refused by the buyer will be assessed minimum of $20.00.

6) Shoes must be returned to the address listed below. Do not ship anything back to the manufacturer. You will not receive a refund. Please also include your name, order#, the date of purchase, and the name of the item you are returning or exchanging. Failure to send returned or exchanged items back to the correct address will result in a 20% service charge.
