Shipping Information

Although we carry the largest selection of bridal and formal footwear in the Tri-State area, we may not have every size, color and fabric available for immediate shipment, some shoes will need to be special ordered. For this reason, please allow 2-4 weeks for the arrival of your product. Items in stock will usually ship within 48 hours. On the rare occasion, some products may be on back order at the manufacturer. If your item is on backorder for longer than one week, you will be notified.

Most items will ship via UPS ground. We reserve the right to pick the carrier.

Expedited delivery charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and can only occur once products are in stock. If you desire expedited shipment, please call our store at 513-984-3939 before you place your order to check availability.
